Quarterly Service and Preventative Maintenance

We certainly understand the importance of "Day 2" support. Your company has entrusted CRAV with a sizeable investment in AV technology. CRAV will help protect your investment, and avoid and/or minimize expensive equipment failure or disruption, through a proactive and quarterly service and maintenance program.

Your company and the users within your organization will rest assured knowing that the systems in each room are well-maintained. Our technicians will ensure your systems operate optimally by performing quarterly system performance procedures at selected intervals.



As your trusted partner we will:

  • Document all system components of the solution we provide.
  • Modify and/or update the control system programming as needed and/or as specified.
  • Provide immediate replacement parts (as available).
  • Inspect and test all existing system hardware, software and license compliancy to make sure the technology is operating at manufacturer specifications at all times.
  • Provide technicians on site, or remotely as necessary.
  • Provide system and resource training for new hires, or user refreshers.
