There are many approaches to achieving optimal sound for a room. It really depends on room size, how the room will be used, and what the user preference is. Some rooms are ideal for recessed ceiling speakers, some for speakers in the wall, some will simply require the sound that is provided by the LED display itself. If "really interesting" is what you're looking for, we recommend sound induction vibration speakers. This type of speaker uses vibrations (not a speaker cone), and once the vibration speaker is affixed to, and makes contact with the underside of your conference table, the entire table surface becomes a speaker; producing even, and pleasant audio to the listeners.
Like audio, visual resources come in many different flavors. Depending on the size of the room, natural light vs. florescent light, how the room is used, and what the user preference is, will strongly dictate the type of visual set up that is most optimal for the environment it serves. Some rooms are ideal for recessed-flush motorized projection screens, some for a fixed-screen variety, or even a single, large LED, multiple LEDs or perhaps a video wall that provides 9 displays clustered together in a 3x3 configuration to produce a very large, single image, or 9 different images altogether. The options are vast.
Many companies today are looking for digital signage solutions to support their Health & Safety policies, keeping their employees in-the-know… or sharing interesting information through a looping video, with guests, valued clients and even potential clients. Digital signage and media is a great way to keep your associates informed with important messages about the company, special accolades, birthdays, employee anniversaries or any other types of special announcements. It's also a great way to say hello and recognize special visitors, or even share a video with them; giving them a 1 to 2 minute introduction to your company and its offerings.
